Largo bought a stalled condominium development and transformed it into a Class-A rental apartment building with 62 luxury units. WIth top-tier amenities, including a rooftop pool and central HVAC, Williamsburg had never seen a rental of this quality before and rents received reflected that reality. When fully leased, Largo sold the asset to an institutional buyer for a then record shattering price for Williamsburg.
