Largo built a ground-up Class-A boutique office building with ground floor retail and 3,800 SF of landscaped outdoor space. WIth column-free space and ceiling heights up to 16′, Largo was able to attract top-tier tenants. Le Labo (a wholly owned subsidiary of Estee Lauder) leased the entire office portion for its new headquarter building. Spear Physical Therapy leased the remaining ground floor retail under a favorable long-term lease, and Local Locker rented the entire basement. When fully leased, Largo sold the asset to a 1031 buyer from California.
